Property Management with Bell Properties

Another offering from our residential letting team is the facility to have your property managed an offer the following:

Organise cleaning of the property and any other repairs

Deal with (project manage) any refurbishment works required including construction and re-decoration

Monitor payment and collection of rent and pay into the landlord’s bank account

We will remain in day to day contact with the tenants dealing with any problems that may arise within the property (e.g. plumbing, electrical etc)

At the end of the term (or if there are any changes in the tenancy) we will arrange to check-out the property, check all utilities have been paid and refund all appropriate deposits to the tenant. We also arrange a replacement tenant.

We carry out management inspections firstly every three months and thereafter every six months in order to ensure the property is being well cared for and to check for any repairs/ maintenance required.
