Complete and detailed inventory of all items in the property and check-in this listing with the on going tenant

Organise cleaning of the property and any other repairs

Deal with (project manage) any refurbishment works required including construction and re-decoration

Monitor payment and collection of rent and pay into the landlord’s bank account

At the end of the term (or if there are any changes in the tenancy) we will arrange to check-out the property and it’s inventory, check all utilities have been paid and refund all appropriate deposit to the tenant. We also arrange a replacement tenant.

We carry out management inspections firstly every three months and thereafter every six months in order to ensure the property is being well cared for and to check for any repairs/ maintenance required.
