Marketing your Property

When instructed, we will include your property in our listing and information guide which is updated at regular intervals. Further details will be inputted into our computer system and on to our various web sites. Advertising on newspapers and distinctive to let boards (fee applies)

Transfer of Utilities

You can leave it all to us. We will take meter readings for Gas and Electricity, and ensure a smooth transition between tenants

References

We require 2 references, employers, bank or landlord & photo identification (e.g. passport). In some cases, a guarantor may be requested. If no guarantor is available the landlord may request all rent to be paid in advance. Assuming all references are satisfactory, we will contact the landlord terms and rent

Transfer of Utilities

On handing over the keys, we will undertake to transfer the utilities - Gas, Electricity.
